Returns
If your item(s) has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our 15 day return period, you can place a return request through the following link: Exchange Form
Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it. If no exception with your return is faced your request will be processed within 2-3 working days.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (Store Credit)
Once we receive your item and our backend team has inspected it for damages with no anomalies, our CRM team will automatically process the amount as Store Credit in your Lea Account.
Exchanges

FAQs
How Do I Know if my Order has been Placed Successfully?
You will get an automatic confirmation email at your registered email address with your order number and details. If you haven't received the same, kindly check your spam folder. Once the order has dispatched from our warehouse, you will get receive notifications via email and SMS with the dispatch details and tracking ID to follow up your shipment.
How Long does it Take for an Order to get Delivered?
All our standard orders ship within 5-7 business days, and all our express orders ship with 3-4 business days. After an order is dispatched, it can take anywhere between 1-4 business days to get delivered. The ETA may differ based on delivery location and the shipping method you've selected.
